摘要
目的 总结内窥镜鼻窦术后术腔粘连治疗经验。方法 回顾内窥镜鼻窦手术后发生术腔粘连 2 0例 ,并采用镜下手术分离粘连。结果 所有病例均解除粘连成功。结论 采用镜下手术分离方法分离术腔粘连是可行的 ,为治疗术腔粘连提供了经验。
Objective To summarize the experience of tr eatment of nasal cav ity conglutination after endoscope operation. Methods 20 patie nts with nasal cav ity conglutination after endoscope operation were analyzed retrospectively, and the conglutination was separated under endoscope. Results Al l operations were success. Conclusions The method of separating nasal cavity c onglutination unde r endoscope is effective. It provided is some new experience for treatment of na sal cavity conglutination.
