Study on the Wear-Rules of the Friction Clutch

首先建立了摩擦离合器磨损过程的数学模型,运用摩擦学基本原理,通过理论推导和计算机仿真的方法,对摩擦片的磨损规律进行了研究,同时,将磨损量的组合计算方法引入研究中,对摩擦片的磨损规律进行了探讨和分析。提出的磨损寿命计算方法,为摩擦副构件的优化设计、寿命预测提供了一种思路。

Math model for wearing of friction clutch is established,the principle of tribology is applied, the wear-rules of the friction clutch are studied by the methods of theoretical derivation and computer simulation.At the same time,a combined computational method of wear volume is introduced,to make analysis and researches of wear-rules.The computing method of wear-lifespan supplies an idea in optimizing design and forecasting lifespan of friction components.
