摘要
根据火炮扭力轴的预扭工艺过程,分析了预扭应力的形成机理,提出了预扭应力计算方法,利用弹性力学理论建立了应力方程、应变方程、静力平衡方程和边界条件,确定了应力函数和应变函数,计算出了扭力轴的预扭应力。计算结果可用于扭力轴应力及疲劳强度分析。
According to the prearrangdure torsion procedure of artillery torsion axis,the forming princi- pal of the prearranged torsion stress was analyzed.The method of computing stress was put for- ward.Using elastic mechanics theory,the stress equations,the strain equations,the stillness mechanics equations and the boundary conditions were established.The stress functions and the strain functions were formed.Finally,the typical artillery torsion axis prearranged torsion stress was computed.Com- putation results can be used for analysis of torsion axis stress and fatigue strength.
