摘要
以某型自行火炮为研究对象,通过建立自行火炮的虚拟试验环境,实现了自行火炮虚拟行驶和扭力轴载荷历程的虚拟测试。建立了扭力轴有限元模型,与45CrNiMoVA 材料的ε-N_f 曲线共同构成了扭力轴疲劳虚拟样机,实现了扭力轴的疲劳损伤及寿命预测,为用户制订有效的技术保障方案提供了科学依据。
The virtual testing fields of a self-propelled gun were built which served as the virtual meas- uring of the torsion bars'load-spectrums.The FEM of torsion bar was built,and combined with the ε -N_f of 45CrNiMoVA, to form the fatigue virtual prototyping of torsion bar.Prediction of the damage amd fatigue life was implemented,which offered a scientific base for users to make effective technical plans.
