农业是国民经济的基础,粮食是基础的基础。陕西中部地区素有“陕西粮仓”之称,探索其发展规律,分析其障碍因素,寻求其发展潜力,采取“一靠政策,二靠科技,三靠投入”的战略措施,对同类地区的粮食发展具有重要意义。
Agriculture is a foundation of the national economy,and grain is a foundation of the base. In China, government choices the way to the commodity base linked each place in the region ofdeveloping grain production, this is a key measure to ensure the continuous and stable development of grain production. The central Shannxi often has long been known as'Shannxi granary'. It is necessary to explore its development potentiality and carry on the strategic measure 'the first, depending on policy,the second,depending on science and technology,the third,investment'. This has a significant meaning for the grain development in the central Shannxi.
