氢氧化钙对根管消毒作用的临床研究

Clinical Studying the Effect of Calcium Hydroxide on root Canal Disinfection

目的 :比较氢氧化钙与传统的根管消毒剂甲醛甲酚 (FC)在感染的单根管内的消毒效果。方法 :对 6 4颗慢性根尖周炎的单根管牙 ,经常规根管扩开清理后 ,随机分为两组 ,32牙在根管内封入氢氧化钙糊剂 ,另外 32牙在根管内封入FC ,观测封药前后临床症状和体征的变化。结果 :两组封药后主要症状如疼痛、根尖部红肿均消失 ,但氢氧化钙的治疗效果明显好于FC组 ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :氢氧化钙是一种理想的根管消毒药物。

Objective:To compare the disinfectant effects between the calcium hydroxide and traditional formaldehyde and cresol (FC) on the intracanal medicament in infected single-rooted teeth.Methods:A total of 64 single-rooted teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis were selected and cleared routinely,then randomly divided into two groups,32 with calcium hydroxide,32 with FC.The changes of clinic signs and symptons were observed.Results:The main clinical signs and symptoms such as pain and apical swelling disappeared.The therapeutic effect of calcium hydroxide group was better than that in FC group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Calcium hydroxide is an effective disinfectant in root canal therapy.
