老年人肺挫伤的救治

The Treatment of Lung Injury to Aged People

目的 :探讨老年人肺挫伤的救治方法和疗救。方法 :对我院 1993年 10月～ 2 0 0 3年 10月间救治的 2 6例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,并总结了肺挫伤合并呼吸窘迫综合症(ARDS)、休克的治疗方法。结果 :全组治愈 2 4例 ,治愈率为 92 .3% ,死亡 2例 ,死亡率为 7.7%。机械通气与控制晶体液入量可治愈肺挫伤合并呼吸功能不全 ,减少ARDS的发生。结论 :治疗老年人肺挫伤应及早机械通气 ,防治ARDS ,控制晶体液入量。

Objectives:To explore the method and effect for the treatment of lung injury to aged people.Methods:The materials of 26 cases from 1993.10 to 2003.10 were analyzed to get the methods for the treatment of lung injury combining both ARDS and amnesia.Results:24 patients out of those 26(92.3%).Got cured and the others(7.7%)died.Mechanical respiration and controlling the injection amount would help cure lung injury combining respiration problems.Conclusion:The treatment of lung injury to aged people was a complex process.Mechanical respiration,preventing ARDS and controlling the injection amount were important factors to effective treatment.
