摘要
在剖析少林寺“拴心留人”方略的基础上 ,指出 :要保持拥有一批高素质并愿意为企业的兴亡忘我工作的人才队伍 ,则应把企业办成一个学习型组织 ;要在重视科学管理的基础上 ,突出人本管理的中心地位和辐射功能 ;要为专家型员工和特种人才改善工作环境和科研条件 ;要努力营造“三百六十行、行行出状元”的制度环境 ;加强文化管理 ,淡化权力的作用 ,培养员工主人翁意识与团队精神 ,同时允许人才的自由发展与流动。
Based on the analysis of Shaolin Temple's “Tie One's Heart to Ask him/her to Stay', the paper pointed out that an enterprise should be run as a learning organization, in which there is a group of highly qualified personnel who are willing to work hard for the enterprise. Stress should be laid on the scientific management of the personnel and prominence should be given to the people-oriented management concept. The working conditions of experts and special talented people should be improved. An enterprise should also try to create an environment in which everybody can have the opportunity to succeed in his/her own field. Corporate culture should be enhanced in management and the function of authority should be lessened. The employees' sense of being the masters of the enterprise and teamwork should be cultivated, and at the same time, talented people should be allowed to develop and move freely from one enterprise to another.
