摘要
哈特曼流体动力式声波发生器是一种声处理发声器,具有成本低廉、结构简单、坚固耐用以及动力源方便等特点。利用这种声处理发声器对地下储层流体进行声处理可以降低原油粘度,改善流体物性以及地层渗流条件,达到最终提高采收率的目的。运用理论分析和试验研究等手段,全面系统地研究了哈特曼声波发生器的发声机理、机械结构、工作特性以及参数影响关系。相关的现场应用试验结果表明,经哈特曼发声器作用后,较低渗透率岩心的渗透率提高了126.5%,较高渗透率岩心的渗透率提高了177.1%;解堵和增油效果也很明显。
Hartmann hydrodynamic acoustic generator can be used for acoustic treatment and is characterized by low cost, simple construction, durability and convenient power source. The acoustic treatment technology can be used to reduce the viscosity of crude oil in the wellbore in order to improve the physical characteristics of underground fluid and the percolation condition of the formation and enhance the ultimate oil recovery. The acoustic mechanism, machinery structure, working characteristics and the influences of working parameters of Hartmann hydrodynamic acoustic generator were theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied. The field application results show that the permeability of low-permeability cores and high-permeability cores can increase by 126.5% and 177.1% respectively by using Hartmann acoustic generator. And the effects of plug removal and oil increase are obvious.
