摘要
兵器发展经历了冷兵器、热兵器和高技术兵器3个时期。伴随着兵器的发展,质量与可靠性工程技术及其管理模式也在不断地更新,尤其是在高技术兵器时期。通过对国内外大量相关的最新资料的分析,提出了高技术兵器时期的16个热点问题。
The weapon development came through three periods such as cold weapon, hot weapon and high technical weapon. With the weapon's development, the quality and reliability engineering technologies and management modes were expanded and updated continually. It presents sixteen hottopic through studying a number of new literatures relevant all over the world.
