网络中心战背景下的通信电子战发展战略研究

Research on Development Strategy of Communication EW on the Background of Network Centric Warfare

本文从新军事革命和军事转型对武器系统提出的挑战和新的功能需求以及通信电子战面临战场通信网络化和C^4KISR网络的严峻挑战，提出了网络对抗网络，发展网络化通信电子战装备，亦即网络中心电子战发展战略。实现由单个设备对抗向系统对抗和体系对抗的转变，实现电子信息对抗装备能通过信息栅格实现自组网和以网制网的综合对抗，实现由电子战与武器系统联网的综合对抗。

The paper proposes network-to-network countermeasure and the development of networked communication EW equipment, i.e. strategic development of network centric electronic warfare, based on the challenge on the weapon system and the requirement for new functions from revolution in military affairs and military transformation, and the challenge on the battlefield communication network and C(?)KISR network faced by communication EW. Therefore, the transformation of single unit-to-single unit countermeasurc into sys- tem-to-system countermeasure can be achieved. In addition, the integrated electronic information countermea- sure equipment of self-organized network and network-to-network can also be achieved by the information grid. The integrated network countermeasure of EW and weapon system joined can be achieved.
