摘要
在短波相控阵的研制中,宽带、相移精确的移相器的研制是其中的一个难点。用传统的延迟线原理实现有上述要求的短波移相器简直是不可想象,以6MHz为例:半波长达到25m,用LC电路实现,又难以达到宽带要求。因此研制一种宽带的移相精确的短波移相器是短波相控阵的的难点和要点之一。本文介绍了用相位调制的芳法对短波信号进行移相,试验结果证实可以实现很宽相移带宽。
It is a difficulty to develop an accurate wide band phase shifter for short wave phase array antenna. It is impossible that short wave phase shifter is made for delay line, i.e., a working frequency at 6MHz, its half wave is 25m, we maybe realize it by LC but this phase shifter is narrow band. So it is difficult and important for developing an accurate wide band phase shifter for short wave phase array antenna. Phase modulating to shift short wave signal was presented in this paper, and it is illustrated that we can obtain an accurate wide band phase shifter by this way.
