心力衰竭患儿血浆心钠素浓度的研究

STUDY OF PLASMA ATRIAL NATRIURETIC PEPTIDE LEVELS IN CHILDREN WITH HEART FAILURE

测定7例心力衰竭患儿及44例健康儿童血浆心钠素浓度,发现心力衰竭患儿血浆心钠素浓度较健康儿童增加,且与病情轻重有关,心力衰竭程度越重,心钠素浓度越高,此系心脏通过降低心脏前、后负荷以改善心功能的代偿机制。2个月至12岁健康儿童血浆心钠素水平不受性别及年龄的影响。

Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)levels were mear- sured in 7 children with heart failure and 44 healthy children.The plasma ANP levels of all the cases with heart failure were significantly higher than that of healthy children and coincide with the severity of heart failure.The observed high ANP levels in heart failure may reflect a compensatory mechanism to reduce the before and after load of the heart. Plasma levels of ANP are useful as an index of the degree of heart failure and as a way of monitoring respons e to drug therapy.We also found sex and age had no significant effect on plasma ANP levels of healthy children from 2 months to 12 years of age.
