大豆异黄酮稳定性的研究进展及其应用

摘要 大豆异黄酮是以大豆为原料提取制成的植物雌激素。大量研究表明,大豆异黄酮在防癌抗癌、防治心血管疾病、预防骨质疏松症、治疗妇女更年期综合症等方面有重要作用;但是在其稳定性的研究上,而国内还几乎为空白。因此,综述了大豆异黄酮组分稳定性以及该研究在异黄酮制备中的重大意义。 Soybean isoflavones are phytoestrogens which are extracted from soybean. Recent studies on the effect of isoflavones on cancer,heart health,osteoporosis and post-menopausal symptoms,indicate positive effects that are highly attractive. But the studies on the stability of isoflavones,were almost zero at home. This paper reviewed the studies on the stability of isoflavones and reported the great significance to the preparations of isoflavones.
