目的 改进无极膏中丙酸倍氯米松薄层鉴别的方法。方法 增加软膏的取样量和滤除基质干扰后进行试验。结果 提高了样品中主药检出的准确性。结论 本改进方法优于原标准。

OBJECTIVE To improve the identification of thin layer chromatography for beclometasone dipropionate in WujiGao.METHOD The improvement was done effectively by increasing the amount of WujiGao and eliminating the disturbance of formulated base in the ointmint named as WujiGao.RESULTS The accuracy of method was enhanced.CONCLUSION The method is more accurate than the original standard.
