高效液相色谱法测定烟酸占替诺氯化钠注射液的含量

Determination of xanthinol nicotinate in xanthinol nicotinate injection by HPLC

目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定尼可占替诺 (烟酸占替诺 )氯化钠注射液中烟酸占替诺的含量。方法 色谱柱为Shim PackCLC ODSC1 8柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (1 0∶90∶0 .1 ) ;检测波长为 2 6 8nm。结果 烟酸占替诺在 30 .0 6～ 30 0 .5 6 μg·mL-1 内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,(r =0 .99995 ) ,平均回收率为 99.9%,RSD为 0 .5 %(n =9)。结论 方法准确可靠 ,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine xanthinol nicotinate in xanthinol nicotinate injection by HPLC.METHOD Chromatographic conditions included Shim-Pack CLC-ODS C_ 18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methyl alcohol-water-glacial acetic acid (10∶90∶0.1).Detection wavelength was at 268nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear over the range of 30.06～300.56μg·mL -1(r=0.99995).The average recovery was 99.9%.CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
