摘要
首先对工程陶瓷的发展及其在表面改性中的作用作了评述,然后对现代工业中广泛使用的一些先进镀膜技术作简要描述,最后介绍几种重要陶瓷的摩擦学特性。
This paper comments on the development and the roles of enginneering ceramics in surface modification at first, then describessimply to some advanced coating technique used widely in modern industries, at last, introduces the tribological characteritics of some important kinds of ceramics.
