摘要
我国高校图书馆利用BBS从事参考服务已有数年,其交互式的沟通特性为图书馆参考服务带来新的契机。本文通过网络调查,了解了我国高校图书馆BBS的建设、管理现况,并分析了其使用BBS的特性;同时探讨了图书馆BBS建设的技术与方法,可作为我国高校图书馆利用BBS进行读者服务工作的参考。
University libraries in China have been providing reference services through BBS for many years with its interactive communication bringing a new opportunity for the service. This paper is designed to make the readers understand the operation and management of university library BBS through online survey and analyze the performance of BBS Library Board in relation to user demands.
