摘要
将蛋白质纤维溶液混合后,在分光光度计上测吸光度和吸收曲线,根据吸收曲线和吸光度的差异,用定量分析法可求得混用率。
After the solutions of protein fibres are blended, the light aborbance and absorption spectrum of their blending samples is measured in spectrophotometer. The absorbance and absorption spectrum of their solution shows certain difference. According to it quantitative analysis is adopted to test their blending radio.
