摘要
给出了指数分布场合下步加寿命试验的统计方法。并给出了步加试验的最优设计。这里最优性是指常应力下对数寿命的渐近方差的极小化。
In this paper we have given the statistical analysis methods of the data from step-stress-accelerated life test under the exponential distribution case. An optimum failure-step-stress plan is suggested. The optimization is based on minimizing a close approximation to the exact variance Of long mean time.
