摘要 进行了乙草胺对烟草生长影响的盆栽和大田试验。结果表明 :乙草胺对烟株的生长具有明显的抑制作用 ,同时乙草胺处理的烟苗根系和叶片的硝酸还原酶活性比CK低。故乙草胺不能用于防治烟田杂草。 The soil in green house was treated with acetochlorsingle before tobacco seedling transplanted. The soil was treated with napropamide and tank mixed agents of acetochlor+napropamide, acetochlor+fluazifop-butyl before tobacco seedling transplanted in the field. The affect on tobacco growth of each treatment was observed. The result indicated, the use of Acetochlor inhibited badly the tobacco growth, and the nitratase activity of the tobacco root system and leaves were lower than that of control. Acetochlor can’t be used in tobacco field.
