摘要
分子生物技术的迅速发展和QTL定位方法的日趋完善 ,为水稻数量性状基因 (QTL)的研究提供了基础。大量研究充分地揭示了QTL的基本特征 ,剖析了重要农艺性状的遗传基础 ,从而给水稻品种的遗传改良带来了新的方法。笔者从QTL的定位群体、定位方法、研究现状 ,以及QTL利用等方面 ,对作物数量性状基因的研究进行了综述 ,并对今后的研究提出了一些见解。
The rapid development of molecular biotechnology and the emergence of mapping methods were the foundation for the research of many important agronomic traits in rice. A lot of studies paid attention to the basic characters of important agronomic traits,and dissected the genetic bases with molecular markers,and gave some new ways to improve rice yield.In this paper,the author summarized the recent progress on QTL mapping populations and methods,the status of QTL Locating,and QTL application in breeding and gave some considerations of QTL analysis in the future.
