摘要
运用所研制的复合系统电位-pH平衡图,结合表面分析方法,对一种新试制的马氏体不锈钢的钝化性能进行了研究。结果表明:耐蚀性合金元素在该钢的表面膜中发生了富集,其富集情况可用数学分析式表示。测试结果显示了该钢种较好的钝化性能,可作为油田采油泵凡尔球用材。
Potential-pH equilibrium diagram combined with ESCA and AES was used to study the anodic passivaty of a new developed martensitic stainless steel in solution containing Cl^-. The results showed that the chromium is rich in surface of passive film of the steel and the rich degree can be expressed by a mathematical equation. The experiment carryed out in specific condition verified that this steel has better passivaty and is suitable for Backpressure valves in oil well.
