摘要
对于开槽铸铝实心转子异步电动机的计算,利用二维多层理论建立数学模型,通过对该电机电磁场的二维及三维解析求解,导出了电机的端部系数公式。经对样机计算与实验,二者结果吻合较好,证明了本数学模型的有效性和计算公式的正确性。
Presents the mathematical methods by means of 2-D multi-layer theory on calculating induction motor with slotted cast aluminium solid rotor. The author obtained its end region coefficient expressions by solving the analytical solutions of 2-D and 3-D electormagnetical field. Good consistence of computed results with those actually measured on the prototype has justified the correctness of the proposed mathematical model and its end region coefficient.
