L-精氨酸对应激性大鼠AII浓度的影响

摘要 目的 :研究L -arg对应激性大鼠不同组织中AII浓度的影响及与BP变化的关系。方法 :给SD大鼠的饮水中添加L -arg ,并给予间断性足底电刺激 15d ,观察其尾动脉BP的变化情况 ,及 15d后大鼠血浆、心耳、心室、血管和肾上腺组织中AII浓度变化。结果 :单纯应激组在第 15天测得BP与对照对组相比有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;血中AII的浓度明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。L -arg +应激组第 15天测得BP低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BP未升高 ,且有下降的趋势 ,血浆中AII的浓度明显低于应激组 ,也低于对照组。结果提示应激刺激可使血浆、心耳、心室、血管和肾上组织中AII浓度升高 ,而L -arg可以对抗应激刺激 ,使AII浓度不升高。结论 :应激刺激使血压升高与各种组织中AII增多密切相关 ,L Objective:To research the effect of L-arginine on the angiotensin II and blood press(BP) in stress rat. Methods:All the Sprague-Dawley rats were divided to three groups. L-arginine were added in drinking water for group I and electric stimulus were given intermittently to group I and II in foot-plate for 15 days. BP of tail artery was measured per two days, and the concentration of serum AII(I and II) were etected at the last day.Results:There are significant difference in BP between the control group and the stress group on the 15th day(P<0.01). After stimulus, the level of BP increased, and the concentration of AII of plasma ,auriel, ventricle,vasclar and adrenal tissues increased significantly compared with those of control group(P<0.01). The difference of BP between the control group and the L-arg+ stress group were not remarkable. But on the 15th day, the BP of the L-arg+ stress group was lower( P<0.05).The concentration of AII of the L-arg+ stress group were lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The present results indicate that stress stimulus can increase BP. L-arg can resist this kind of effect in stress rats.
