The lipid-lower effect of onion's extraction on hyperlipidemia mice

目的 :研究洋葱水提取物和醇提物对高血脂小鼠的降血脂作用。方法 :高脂饮食喂养小鼠 10d ,造成高脂血症动物模型 ,以洋葱提取物喂养高脂血症小鼠 3d ,检测小鼠血中胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量。结果 :洋葱水提物和醇提物均具有显著的降低胆固醇、甘油三脂的效果。结论

Objective:To investigate the lipid-lowering effect of onion's extraction on hyperlipidemia mice. Methods:Hyperlipidemia mice model was established by high lipid food for 10 days. Next the hyperlipidemia mice were raised with onion's extraction for 3 days. After that the concentration of cholesterol and triglyceride were measured. Results:The onion's extraction both from water and alcohol can significantly reduce the level of cholesterol and triglyceride. Conclusion:Onion's extraction has the lipid-lowering effect on hyperlipidemia mice.
