Strategies of the Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Shenyang

沈阳属严重缺水城市 ,水资源的短缺严重制约了社会经济的快速发展。本研究针对沈阳市水资源开发利用中存在的水资源供需矛盾突出、水生态环境恶化、水资源的有效利用率低、生态及景观用水严重不足等问题 。

Shenyang is a serious water shortage city , which restricts the economyic development. Shenyang has many water resource problems such as the supply and demand contradiction of water resources, deterioration of water environment, low efficiency utilization of water resources, serious water shortage of zoology and sight. The corresponding countermeasure according to the problems in Shenyang were proposed .
