按生活、工业和农业三大用水分类 ,提出了水费支出系数指标的定义与计算公式。水费支出系数指标与需水量之间的关系表明 ,水费支出系数指标在分析水需求调节和预测、水价的制定、节约用水。

The definitions of the water fee coefficients and their formulations by the classification of water use in living, agriculture and industry were presented. The relationships between water demands and the coefficients of water fee indicated their importance in regulating and forecasting water demand, formulating water price, water saving , assessing the bearing capacity of water price.
