摘要
本文回顾了国外大学教师基本制度和我国教师职务聘任制度的历史发展过程,探讨了我国现行教师职务聘任制度存在的问题及原因,并提出了在实施教师职务聘任制过程中应把握的若干策略。
This paper reviews the historical development of the faculty employment-appointment system in overseas and domestic colleges and universities. The problems in the faculty employment-appointment system in Chinese higher-education institutions and their reasons are studied. Then the author puts forward several tactics during the enforcement of this system.
