论大众型大学的教育公平使命

On Educational Equity Missions of Mass University

在高等教育发展的大众化时代 ,如何看待大众型大学的教育公平问题已经成为当前高等教育领域中的一个热点问题。从以下两个方面来进行分析也许有助于深化对大众型大学的教育公平使命的认识 :第一 ,着眼于高等教育内部 ,认为大众型大学能加强高等教育的机会补偿功能 ,促进高等教育的机会均等 ;同时 ,大众型大学还能改善高等教育的过程公平状态。第二 ,着眼于社会 ,认为大众型大学在促进完善社会分层、协调“优秀”与“平等”价值取向等多方面肩负着艰巨的公平使命。

In the higher education massification times how to understand the educational equity missions of mass university has become a hot focus in higher education area. Studying on two points thereinafter might be helpful. First, to the inner of higher education, the masses-style university could stren gthen its chance equalization function, accelerate its chance equalization; and ameliorate the state of higher education course equity also. Second, to social, mass university bears many hard equity missions on perfecting social del amination and assorting with the value orientation between “excellence” and “ egality”.
