摘要
高师培养的目标是中学教师,以化学课程为例,陈述高师学生在技能训练时应该培养的能力,在训练过程中提高教师的素质,使自己能够胜任中学化学教师的工作。
The proposal of higher normal school is to culrivate teachers for middle school. For example , in chemical curriculum, Saying the surdents of higher normal school should cultibate ability in training of teaching and how to improve teachers quality , to be able to equal to being a chemistry teacher of middle school.
