摘要
教学设计是决定一门课程成功与否的关键因素,网络教学也是如此。文章对教学设计中的一小部分--学习者特征分析进行讨论。网络教学中的学习者特征分析除了像传统课堂教学一样对学习者的认知发展特征进行分析、对学习者起点水平进行分析、对学习者认知结构变量进行分析、对学习者学习风格进行分析、对学习者学习动机进行分析外,还要对学习者的计算机使用能力、学习能力、组织能力、学习目标的层次等进行分析。
Instruction design is the key factor in deciding whether a course will be a success or failure, and it is the same with network-based teaching. The paper mainly discusses the analysis into learners' characteristics in instruction design. The analysis into the learners' characteristics in network-based includes the analysis into the learners' psychological characteristics which have influence on learning just like traditional classroom teaching. Besides, it also includes analysis into the students' computer proficiency, their ability to learn and to organize, and different layers of learning goals, etc.
