从研究性学习课程看教师职业素质的提高

摘要 教师的职业素质是开展研究性学习课程的基础 ,通过对某市中小学教师基本素质的调查分析和对研究性学习课程实施过程中的问题分析 ,揭示出中小学教师职业素质现状与研究性学习课程对教师的要求存在的差距。为了促进教师与研究性学习课程协同发展 ,应从四个方面构建教师的职业素质基础 :塑造职业品质 ;转变教育观念 ;完备知识结构 ;拓展教育能力。 The study on Research—Learning Course is grou nd ed on teacher professional quality. It is shown in this article that there is a discrepancy between the fundamental status of teacher professional quality and t he requirement to the teacher in the Research—Learning Course, which by the ana lysis of an investigation on teacher professional quality, and of problems exist ing in the Research—Learning Course in the primary and middle schools in a metr opolis. That teacher professional quality should be grouped as following four as pects are suggested in this article as for promoting simultaneously the developm ent between its two sides: Firstly, to Perfect teacher Professional Character; S econdly, to vary teacher’s mind in their Teaching Notion; Thirdly, to complete the structure of knowledge; Fourthly, to enlarge the teaching capacity in educat ion.
