摘要
基于张家港地区独特的地理位置,简述引水改善该地区水环境的必要条件、水动力条件及引水后合理调配水量的有利条件,拟定了4种调水方案.利用感潮河网数学模型,对4种方案调水后主要监测断面的CODCr进行预测,分析了各个监测断面调水后的水质变化趋势.从环境和经济的角度出发,提出在消减各类污染源的同时,充分利用长江水潮差大的特点自流引水冲污是综合整治张家港地区水环境的最佳方案.
Based on the unique geographic location of Zhangjiagang district, a brief discussion was made on the necessity and hydraulic condition of water diversion for improvement of water environment in this area and the advantages of reasonable allocation of water resources after water diversion, and four schemes for water diversion were worked out. By use of the mathematical model of tidal river networks, the concentration of COD_(Cr) of the main monitoring sections after water diversion according to the four schemes was predicted, and the trend of variation of water quality in each monitoring section was analyzed. In consideration of both environmental and economic factors, it is proposed that, besides some efforts in elimination of different pollution sources in this district, the full use of the large tides in the Yangtze River for pollutant scouring is an optimal scheme for comprehensive regulation of the water environment of Zhangjiagang district.
