摘要 铅可通过多种途径进入细胞内,干扰细胞的正常生理代谢,产生细胞毒性作用。该文就近年来用Fura2、Indo1等荧光指示剂检测铅对细胞的毒性作用作以综述。 There are different conclusions about cytotoxicity of lead(Pb 2+ ) becouse of different detecting methods. Several studies indicated that Pb 2+ enters the into cells by many approaches, and disturbs normal physiological metabolism of the cells. Other reports demonstrated that the cytotoxicity effect of Pb 2+ is due to that it can disturb ionic channels on the membrane. This paper reviewed recent studies on cytotoxicity of Pb2 by detecting fluorescence indicators such as Fura2, Indo 1.
