摘要
血管平滑肌细胞膜上钙通道的正常活动是其兴奋舒缩过程的关键,并参与维持血管的基本紧张度。有研究表明妊娠期高血压疾病患者胞浆内游离Ca2+浓度升高,这可能与钙通道的开放增加引起细胞外Ca2+内流增多有关。另外,缺氧、内源性血管收缩物质、蛋白激酶及环磷酸腺苷等亦可通过对钙通道的间接作用升高胞浆内Ca2+浓度,引起血管收缩,血压升高。故推测妊娠期高血压疾病的发生与平滑肌细胞膜上钙通道的改变相关。
The normal activity of calcium channels on membrane of vascular smooth muscle cell is the key to regulate vasoconstriction and vasodilatation and maintain vascular basal tone. Research indicated that intracellular Ca 2+ concentration [Ca 2+ ] increased in hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy, which may be the result of Ca 2+ influx through calcium channels. In addition, hypoxia, endogenous vascular contractile agents, protein kinase, cyclic nucleotides and so on can also increase Ca 2+ concentration by their indirect action upon calcium channels to contract the blood vessels and elevate blood pressure. So we inferred that occurrence of hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy correlates with changes in calcium channels on membrane of vascular smooth muscle cells.
