Endometriosis and female infertility

子宫内膜异位症除引起盆腔疼痛、附件区包块外,约30%～50%患者还并发不孕。该文针对迄今为止仍不明确的如子宫内膜异位症降低女性生育力可能的生物学机制,子宫内膜异位症患者接受辅助生殖技术治疗成功率,前期手术治疗,是否影响辅助生殖技术治疗结局等问题加以综述。

Patients with endometriosis typically present pelvic pain, adnexal mass, and about 30%～50% of them are complicated with secondary infertility. In this paper we reviewed such problems as probable biological mechanism by which endometriosis is associated with female infertility; the successful rate of pregnancy when patients received the aid of assisted reproductive techniques (ART), and whether the surgery in early stage of the disease influences the outcome of ART.
