摘要
卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤主要发生于青少年和年轻妇女,预后极差。随着以铂类为主联合化学治疗的实施,患者5年生存率超过90%,使生育能力保留成为临床医生必须面对的问题。该文就目前恶性生殖细胞肿瘤手术治疗和化学治疗转变进行综述。
The most common ovarian tumor in adolescents and young women is malignant germ cell tumor. In the past, patients with this malignancy often had a very poor prognosis. With employment of cisplatin based combination chemotherapies, the long term survival rate has reached over 90%, even preservation of fertility ability becomes possible. This article reviewed the change from surgical treatment to chemotherapy for malignant germ cell tumors.
