摘要 Ki-67存在于细胞核中,在除G0期之外的所有细胞周期中表达。该文综述Ki67在妇科常见肿瘤中的研究认为,Ki-67在帮助妇科临床医师进一步明确肿瘤的分级、增生程度、预测肿瘤的预后及患者的生存情况等方面有着光明的应用前景。 Ki 67 is a remarkable proliferation marker. It exists in nucleus of cells and is expressed in all of cell cycles except G0 phase. Therefore, it has been extensively applied in all kinds of fields, especially in study on tumors. In this paper we reviewed research on Ki 67 and its application in histopathological diagnosis of common gynecological tumors and concluded that Ki 67 has a great prospect for future application in helping gynecologists to learn the grading, degree of and prognosis of carcinomas, and survival conditions of the patients. But further clinical application studies maybe needed.
