列车空气管系及副风缸充气特性数值仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用有限体积法和改进的算子分裂法 ,以货物列车空气制动系统的充气特性作为对象 ,研究列车副风缸在列车充气作用时压力变化情况。建立长大列车空气管系的二维计算模型 ,对车辆制动系统的三通阀进行了合理的简化和等效计算后 ,研制了可完整求解货物列车空气制动系统充气特性的数值仿真程序。进行了 1万t和 2万t重载列车空气制动系统充气特性的数值仿真研究。将计算结果与有关试验数据进行了对比分析。本研究工作是进行货物列车空气制动系统研究的重要组成部分 ,可以为长大列车空气制动系统的试验研究和性能改进提供理论参考。 With finite volume methods(FVM)and modified operator splitting method and using the characteristic of freight train air brake system as the study object,the pressure variation of train auxiliary reservoir on air-charging is studied We have established the two dimension computing model combing the train pipe with auxiliary reservoir of heavy haul train and simplified the triple valve of train brake system reasonably A numerical simulation program which can solve the characteristic of freight train air brake system integrally has been developed The characteristics of 10?000?t and 20?000?t heavy haul train′s air brake systems on air-charging have been numerically simulated
