摘要
分析了 12 0紧急阀在 70 5试验台上出现的一些质量问题 ,提出膜板与紧急阀上盖发生吸附作用是导致紧急阀不起紧急或起急压力漂移的重要原因 ,通过对现有紧急阀盖或膜板的结构进行改进 ,可以有效解决此类质量问题。
This paper analyzs some phenomenon about 120 emergency valve on 705 test bench,points out that the diaphragm adhering to the valve cover is the main reason which cause the 120 emergency valve to have low emergency sensitivity on 705 test bench.Through changing the structure of the cover or the diaphragm,these questions could be resolved
