必可酮吸入治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的肺功能评价

Pulmonary function evaluation of inhaled BDP in cough variant asthma

目的 评价吸入必可酮气雾剂 (BDP)对咳嗽变异型哮喘 (CVA)的疗效。方法 40例 CVA患者予 BDP吸入治疗 3个月 ,治疗前后测定肺功能 :用力肺活量 (FVC)、一秒钟用力呼气容积 (FEV1 .0 )、呼气峰流速 (PEF)、最大呼气中段流量 (FEF2 5～ 75% )、5 0 %肺活量最大呼气流量 (FEF50 % )、2 5 %肺活量最大呼气流量 (FEF75% )、气道阻力 Raw和比气道传导率 s Gaw,并与对照组比较。结果 CVA患者 FVC、FEV1 .0 、PEF接近于正常人 ,而 FEF2 5～ 75% 、FEF50 % 、FEF75% 、s Gaw明显低于正常 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,Raw高于正常 (P<0 .0 1 )。治疗后 FEF2 5～ 75% 、FEF50 % 、FEF75% 、s Gaw显著增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,Raw明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 CVA患者存在小气道功能障碍 ,BDP吸入治疗疗效肯定 ,可改善肺功能。

Objective To evaluate the effects of inhaled BDP in patients with CVA.Methods 40 patients with CVA were inhaled BDP for 3monthes,before and after the therapy,pulmonary function were measured,and compaired with control group.Results FVC、FEV_ 1.0、and PEF in CVA were near to the normal,but FEF_ 25~75%、FEF_ 50%、FEF_ 75%、sGaw were lower obviously than that in the control group( P <0.01),and the Raw was higher obviously( P <0.01).After therapy the CVA group showed significant improvement in FEF_ 25~75%、FEF_ 50%、FEF_ 75%、sGaw( P <0.01),and Raw decreased significantly( P <0.01).Conclusions Patients with CVA existed obstruction in small airway,the therapy of inhaled BDP could improve pulmonary function and the effect was sure.
