冠心病、高血压病与血尿酸关系的研究

The relationship among hyneteriscon,coronary heart disease and hyneruricemia

目的 探讨冠心病、高血压病与血尿酸水平的关系。方法 用 Henry法测定 60例高血压、3 0例冠心病患者及 3 0例健康体检者的血尿酸水平并进行分析。结果 高血压组、冠心病组血尿酸水平明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 高尿酸血症是高血压病、冠心病的危险因素之一。

Objective To study the relationship among hypemricemia and hypertension,Coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Serum uric acid was measured respectively with Henry tecnich and compared with 60 hypertensive patients,30 patients with CHD and 30 control group.Results Serum uric acid of hypertension and CHD were significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.01).Conclusions Hyperuricemia was one risk factor in patients of hypertension and CHD.
