Determination of Contents of TanshinoneⅡ_A in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge Collected from Different Sites

目的 测定不同产地的丹参药材中丹参酮 A 的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,流动相为甲醇-水 (80∶ 2 0 ) ,流速为 1.0 m L/ m in,检测波长为 2 70 nm。结果 丹参酮 A 在 2 μg/ m L～ 16 μg/ m L 范围内线性关系良好。结论 四川中江产丹参中丹参酮 A

Objective To determine content of TanshinoneⅡ A in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. collected from different sites. Method HPLC was applied. Mobile phase was with methanol-water(80∶20), flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 270 nm. Result The linearity was obtained over the range between 2 and 16 μg/mL.Conclusion Sample from Zhongjiang Sichuan contains more tanshinone Ⅱ A.
