红花的干燥及使用

Drying and Usage of Flos Carthami

目的 选择较佳的红花干燥及服用方法。方法 采用硅胶、烘房干燥、煎煮和曝晒等方法处理红花粉末 ,采用紫外分光光度法检测处理后红花黄色素的含量。结果 烘房干燥和煎煮与采用硅胶干燥后红花黄色素的含量无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而经曝晒后红花黄色素的含量显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 红花黄色素在高温下性能稳定 。

Objective To find a better way to dry and use Flos Carthami. Method Treat the powder of Flos Carthaml with silica gel, dry house, decoction and insolation.Content of Safflor Yellow (SY) was measured by UV. Result There was no significant difference of SY content between methods of drying with dry house, silica gel and decoction (P>0.05),but the content of SY lowered significantly after insolation (P<0.05). Conclusion SY is stable at high temperatures and lowers its content in case of insolation.
