Opinions on Improving Practice for Identification of Rhizomia Gastrodiae in Rhizomia Gastrodiae Capsules or Pills

目的 改进天麻胶囊、天麻丸中关于天麻的鉴别方法。方法 采用 D1 0 1 吸附树脂柱分离 ,弃去前洗脱液 15 m L ,收集续洗脱液 2 0 m L。以氯仿醋酸乙酯甲醇 (16∶ 2∶ 7)进行薄层层析。结果 满意分离出天麻素斑点。结论 本法操作简便 ,重现性好 ,能可靠鉴别天麻胶囊。

Objective To improve practice for identification of Rhizomia Gastrodiae in Rhizomia Gastrodiae capsules or pills. Method Conducting column separation with D101 absorption resin, and abandoning ahead eluent (15 mL) and collecting following eluent (20 mL). TLC stuffs were CHCl3-EtOAc-MeOH(16∶2∶7). Result Spot of gastrodin can be clearly displayed with this method. Conclusion The method is simple and of good repeatability.And gastrodin, the master component of Rhizomia Gastrodiae in Rhizomia Gastrodiae capsules or pills, can be identified effectively.
