摘要
价值链是评价企业竞争优势的新型方法,但价值链理论没有提供有效的可进行计算机仿真的建模工具。为了解决这个问题,提出基于价值链流程思想的企业Petri网模型。在该模型中,价值链每个环节用一个Petri网表示,然后通过合并库所变换成表示价值链的Petri网,使物流、资金流和信息流分别得到模拟,而业务流程则用引发序列表示。通过把若干业务流程组合成使用实例,可在仿真工具中观察代表流动资金、库存、生产资源和价值等库所的令牌数量的变化情况,从而进行企业的仿真和诊断。
As a new approach to evaluate competition strategy of an enterprise, value chain theory is lack of simulation and modeling tool. To solve this problem, a value-chain based Petri net modeling and simulation method was presented. With this method, each segment of value chain was modeled as a Petri net. Afterwards all segments were combined to form a large Petri net called value chain. Logistics, capital flow and information flow could be simulated through this Petri net. Business process of the enterprise could be presented as a firing sequence of the value chain. With combination of several business processed into application example, simulation of material flow, financial flow and information flow of an enterprise could be observed and calculated for diagnosis.
