鼻敏合剂对变应性鼻炎患者血清和鼻腔分泌物中IgE、IgG_4、IL-4和IL-12含量的影响 被引量：5

摘要 "鼻敏合剂"是由笔者等根据中医学和现代药理学理论,联合研制的一种治疗变应性鼻炎的新型纯中药制剂,由黄芪、白芷、防风、辛夷、苍耳子等配伍而成,经长期的临床观察和毒理研究,发现其治疗变应性鼻炎的有效率在90%左右,无任何毒副作用[1-5].为探索"鼻敏合剂"治疗变应性鼻炎的药物作用机制,明确其对Ⅰ型变态反应的具体影响,特对46例常年性变应性鼻炎患者服用"鼻敏合剂"前后的血清、鼻腔分泌物中的部分免疫分子进行检测.现报告如下.
