辛芩颗粒联合康宁克通-A穴位注射治疗变应性鼻炎疗效分析

The therapeutic effects of combined therapy with Xinqin Granule and Kenacort-A point-injection on allergic rhinitis

目的 观察辛芩颗粒联合康宁克通-A治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 78例变应性鼻炎患者随机分成两组。治疗组(48例)给予辛芩颗粒联合康宁克通-A治疗;对照组(30例)给予息斯敏和2％色甘酸钠滴鼻剂(DSCG)治疗,3周后进行评分,计算治疗后积分改善率。结果 治疗组临床控制16例(33.33％),显效22例(45.83％),有效8例(16.67％),总有效率95.83％;对照组临床控制0例,显效3例(10.00％),有效13例(43.33％),总有效率53.33％。两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 辛芩颗粒联合康宁克通-A迎香穴位注射能提高疗效,是一种安全实用的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of combined therapy with xinqin Granule(XQG)and Kenacort-A point-injection(KPI) on allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods 78 cases with AR were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in treating group(TG) and 30 cases in controlling one (CG). Then ,XQG and KPI were given to the patients in TG, while Hismanal and DSCG were given to those in CG,all being lasted for three weeks. During the period of therapy, all the symptoms were observed and evaluated based on a standard scoring system. Results The clinically cured, significantly effective, effective and total effective rates were 33. 33% (16/48 ), 45. 83% (22/48 ), 16. 67% (8/48 ) and 95. 83% ( 46/48 ) for TG and 0, 10. 00%(3/30), 43. 33%(13/30) and 53. 33%( 16/30 ) for CG respectively, with significant differences between the two groups(P<0. 001). Conclusions The combined therapy with XQG and Kenacort-A point-injection is effective for the treatment of AR and can be taken as a safe therapy for this lesion.
