摘要
介绍了浸渍法制备Co基催化剂的技术进展。重点评述了浸渍液的pH值、所用溶剂、载体预处理、Co前体、添加少量的贵金属Ru或Re以及稀有金属氧化物为助催化剂等对一氧化碳加氢合成烃的催化剂性能的影响。认为金属与载体间适度的相互作用 ,有利于Co的还原和分散 ,能提高催化剂的活性位密度 ,增大反应速率和C+ 5产物的选择性。
This paper reviewed the progress about preparing cobaltbased catalyst in impregenation method for FischerTropsch synthesis.It was presented that many factors affected properties of cobalt based catalyst, when impregnating method was applied to prepare FischerTropsch synthesis catalyst. Those were pH value of impregnating liquid, solvent used, support pretreatment, cobalt promoter and addition of small amount noble metal Ru or Re, and rare metal oxide etc. It was thought moderate interaction does favor to increase density of metal active sites, contributing higher reaction rate and C + 5selectivity during FischerTropsch synthesis. Besides, mesoporous molecular sieve support and thin shell catalyst were also reviewed.
